Wraparound services help children heal
Because every child is unique
Children with emotional, behavioral and mental health needs often require a unique plan to help them thrive in life. With Wraparound, families, schools, and community partners work together to develop an individualized, unconditional approach to care.
How we help your child
Wraparound provides coordinated care to children 0-21 years old.
It brings together a team of family members, teachers, child welfare, the juvenile justice system and other human service agencies to address a child’s specific social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Rather than molding a child to an existing plan of care, wraparound is flexible and changes with the changing needs of the child and family.
It engages the child in activities, services and supports that help them meet their goals, instead of just stopping negative behaviors.
Supporting every child with compassion and care.
