Who We
Help
We serve children and teens—from infancy through age 18—who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, family conflict, or other emotional stress. Whether a child is struggling at home, at school, or in relationships, we are here to help.
Our Approach
to Care
We provide trauma-informed, family-centered care that meets children where they are. Our clinicians use evidence-based practices to help children process trauma, manage emotions, and build resilience. We partner with parents and caregivers so the whole family feels understood, valued, and supported.

Services We Provide
Individual and
Family Therapy
We create a safe space where children can talk about feelings, work through challenges, and build healthy coping skills. We support parents and caregivers as well, because healing is strongest when the whole family grows together.

Group Therapy
We offer small, supportive group settings where children and teens can learn new skills, process experiences, and connect with peers facing similar challenges. Groups focus on emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and healthy relationships.

Trauma Focused Therapy
We provide specialized therapy for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, violence, or other traumatic events. We help children feel safe, rebuild trust, and heal at their own pace while supporting parents every step along the way.

Intensive Care Coordination (Wraparound)
We create personalized support teams that work with families who have complex needs. Together, we build a plan that strengthens natural supports, increases stability, and keeps children safely in their homes and communities.

Cornerstone Group for Teens and Young Adults
We also have a supportive group for older youth preparing for independence. We help teens build daily living skills, learn healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and feel confident about their future.

We want to help you start in the right place. How you begin depends on your child’s insurance.
