A gift to The Children`s Center does more than support children and families.
Throughout the Rocket Community Challenge, your donation could also help unlock bonus funding that allows us to serve even more children across our community. During the first week of the challenge, donations of $25 or more are eligible for a dollar-for-dollar match (up to $25 per gift) while daily matching funds are available.

A powerful moment from this year’s Fatherhood Forum 💙
John Miles, Fatherhood Coordinator at The Children’s Center, was honored with the Spirit of Detroit Award from Council President James Tate’s office in recognition of more than a decade of service to fathers and families across Detroit.
John’s work has always centered one belief: when fathers are supported, families are stronger.
We are grateful for his leadership and the impact he continues to make every day.
When fathers have the support, resources, and connections they need, children and families are stronger because of it. 💙
The 14th Annual Fatherhood Forum brought together fathers from across Detroit to connect, learn, and access resources that help them build strong foundations for their families.
This year`s event featured inspiring conversations, interactive workshops, a keynote from Jasahn Larsosa of @greenlightfund Detroit, and connections to community resources that support fathers every step of the way.
The day highlighted the important role fathers play in creating strength, stability, and opportunity for their families.
