Specialized Support Programs

Every child learns and grows in their own way. Our specialized programs, in addition to traditional individual and/or family therapy, help children develop skills, confidence, and independence in safe, supportive environments.

Who We

Help

We serve children through age 21 receiving services who need extra support to build social skills, practice real-life problem-solving, or prepare for everyday challenges. These programs are ideal for children navigating social struggles, learning differences, or difficulties at home or school.

Our Approach
to Care

We provide hands-on, individualized programs that meet children where they are. Our team uses research-backed strategies to help children learn life skills, improve social connections, and grow independence. Parents and caregivers are part of the journey, so skills learned in our programs carry over to home and school life.

Services We Provide

Social Skills Groups

Children learn how to interact, communicate, resolve conflicts, and build friendships. Through specialized curriculum, guided practice, and role-playing, they gain confidence and tools to navigate social situations successfully.

Real Life Learning

We help children and youth practice everyday skills, from problem-solving and decision-making to time management and self-care. We also teach and provide opportunities for clients to practice and develop independent living skills (e.g., cooking, cleaning, budgeting, laundry, and job interviewing skills, etc.). These lessons prepare children for independence and success at home, school, and in their community.

What Families Experience

Families often come to specialized programs feeling uncertain and worried about their child’s needs. Through individualized, trauma-informed care, parents share that they gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to support their child.
