Marcom services support

The Marketing Department offers three types of requests you may submit for support: marcom service request, logo request, and sponsorship/ad request.

When you’re ready to get started, please choose the appropriate type of request by clicking on one of the tabs below.

To allow adequate time for the Marketing Department to process your request, and to be fair to those who have submitted requests in front of you, Marketing will adhere to the lead time(s) stated on the request form. The lead times provided do not include weekends or holidays. Please plan and submit your request in advance, so that Marketing can help you meet your deadline.

SUBMIT MARCOM REQUEST

Marcom service request

Please read the following information in its entirety before submitting a marcom request.

To allow adequate time for the Marketing Department to process your request, and to be fair to those who have submitted requests in front of you, Marketing will adhere to the lead time(s) stated on the request form. The lead times provided do not include weekends or holidays. Please plan and submit your request in advance, so that Marketing can help you meet your deadline.

After submitting your request, your project will be added to our queue and a project manager will contact you within 1-2 business days with questions, if any, regarding the information you provided. Once you’ve provided all information requested by the project manager, we will then begin work on your marcom request.

Please note: While the Marcom team strives to ensure that all projects are professionally executed, proofreading and copy editing are the sole responsibility of the requestor submitting this request. The RU of the requestor is liable for any and all expenses incurred as a result of editing or proofing errors.

SUBMIT LOGO REQUEST

Logo request

To allow adequate time for the Marketing Department to process your request, and to be fair to those who have submitted requests in front of you, Marketing will adhere to the lead time(s) stated on the request form. The lead times provided do not include weekends or holidays. Please plan and submit your request in advance, so that Marketing can help you meet your deadline.

Please allow two (2) business days for Marketing to fulfill your logo request. In most cases, your request will be fulfilled on the same day as the request was submitted.

Sponsorship / Ad request

To allow adequate time for the Marketing Department to process your request, adherence to the lead times provided next to each deliverable on the request form is required. The lead times provided do not include weekends or holidays. Please plan and submit your request in advance, so that Marketing can help you meet your deadline.

UPLOAD MEDIA FILES

How-To Upload Media Files & Signed Image Releases

Overview

To ensure we remain compliant with the Image Release Policy (#RM10 – 2016), all photos, videos and audio recordings captured from children and families served by The Children’s Center (TCC) – along with all signed image release forms — are logged and archived on a secure and centralized server.

Please use the following process within 24 hours of photographing, videotaping or creating an audio recording of children and families served by TCC.

Release Form

  1. Obtain a copy of a blank Image Release Form, located on the Playground, under Documents on the right side of the screen. Download and print as many copies as needed.
  2. Instruct client(s) (or parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18) to sign and date the Image Release Form.
  3. Scan a copy of the original Image Release Form signed by the client, parent or legal guardian.

Upload Signed Releases & Media File(s)

  1. Click “Upload Media Files” link on the Playground or the TCC Marcom Support Page (here), and you will be taken to an online form to initiate the process.
  2. Complete all fields in the online form and click “submit.” Upon clicking “submit,” you will receive an email that provides further instructions and a link to upload the media files and signed Image Release form.
  3. To ensure the right media files are associated with the correct signed Image Release Form, for each signed Image Release Form upload only those media files associated with that particular release. Then repeat the upload process starting with the Playground link or Marcom Support Page, for each separate signed Image Release Form and associated media files.

Next Steps

  1. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from Marketing confirming receipt of your uploaded media files and signed Image Release Form(s).
  2. Immediately upon receiving the email from Marketing confirming receipt of your uploaded media file(s) and signed Image Release Form(s), you are required to delete all digital and paper copies of all client media files, and signed image release(s), from all digital devices and paper files.
