Tammy Zonker has served The Children’s Center as Chief Philanthropy Officers since 2012. In her first three years of service, she and her team engaged supporters to triple contributions to support our services for children and families.
She is an international speaker, author and frequent contributing writer on the topic of transformational philanthropy. In 2016, she was named among the Top 25 Fundraising Experts in the U.S. by The Philanthropy Network. She has trained and led teams to raise more than $400M in contributions since entering the nonprofit sector in 2001.
She currently serves on the Association of Fundraising Professionals International Development Committee, actively participates in the AFP Greater Detroit Chapter and was a founding board officer of AFP Northeast Indiana Chapter. She has served as adjunct faculty at Indiana University, technical editor for Wiley Publishing’s “Fundraising for Dummies” third edition and served on Nonprofit Quarterly’s editorial advisory board.
